These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Who Safe mobile application, website, and any associated services, including safety wearables. By downloading, accessing, or using Who Safe, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, you should not use our services.
💡 Please Note: The ₹199 amount is only a pre-booking fee. Customers will be required to pay an additional ₹800 at the time of delivery process starts to complete the purchase.
2. Eligibility
- You must be at least 13 years old.
- Users under 18 years must use the service under parental or guardian supervision.
3. Services Offered
- One-tap SOS emergency alert to saved contacts
- Real-time GPS location sharing during emergencies
- Geo-fencing and safe zone alerts
- Community safety zone reporting
- Automatic emergency call, SMS, and WhatsApp forwarding
- Integration with local emergency services (in supported areas)
We reserve the right to update, modify, or discontinue any feature without prior notice.
4. User Responsibilities
- Use the app only for legal and ethical purposes
- Not misuse SOS/emergency features for false alarms
- Keep your device battery, internet, and GPS enabled for full functionality
- Regularly update your emergency contacts and account information
- Follow local laws while using the service
Failure to comply may result in suspension or termination of your account.
5. Limitations & Disclaimers
While we strive to provide reliable safety services, we do not guarantee:
- 100% message or location delivery
- Continuous app availability or uptime
- Response from emergency personnel
- Accurate service in all geographic locations
Who Safe is a supportive safety tool, not a substitute for official emergency numbers (e.g., 100 / 112).
6. Permissions Required
To function properly, the app may request the following permissions:
- Location Access – for GPS tracking and alerts
- Contacts Access – to notify emergency contacts
- Phone/SMS Access – to send emergency messages
- Network Access – to connect to cloud and location services
We only use these permissions for functional and safety-related purposes.
7. Intellectual Property Rights
All app designs, logos, content, code, and software are the exclusive property of WHO SAFE & HARMEET GODHANI. The name “Who Safe” and its logo are registered trademarks. You are not allowed to copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or reuse any part of our system without written permission.
8. Prohibited Usage
- Use the app for spamming or harassment
- Trigger false emergency alerts deliberately
- Attempt to hack, bypass, or reverse-engineer the app
- Use another person’s account without authorization
9. Termination Policy
We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate your access if:
- You violate any terms stated here
- You use the service for any illegal or harmful activity
- You attempt to exploit or misuse our safety systems
10. Updates to These Terms
These Terms may be updated at any time without prior notice. When changes occur, we will inform users via:

By continuing to use the app, you accept the updated Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Surat, Gujarat.
