- You report the issue within 48 hours of delivery
- You provide clear photos or videos as proof via email
3. No Refund Policy
We do not offer refunds under normal circumstances. Refunds will only be processed if:
- We are unable to deliver your product within 60 days
- A replacement product is not available or fails quality checks
4. How to Initiate a Replacement
